Our Medicare Annual Wellness Checkup helps you stay on top of your health with a full review of your medical history and lifestyle.
During your visit, we’ll discuss preventive services like recommended screenings, flu and pneumococcal vaccines, and provide referrals if needed. We’ll also check your height, weight, and blood pressure to monitor your overall health.
