If you’ve struggled with major depression and haven’t found relief through traditional antidepressants, Spravato® may offer a new path forward. Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray designed for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and, in some cases, major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or behavior.
Unlike conventional antidepressants, which can take weeks to work, Spravato® begins targeting symptoms within hours or days. Administered under medical supervision in our office, Spravato® works on different brain pathways to help restore balance—offering renewed hope for patients who’ve tried everything else.
Living with a long-term condition like diabetes, heart disease, or COPD can be challenging—but you don’t have to manage it alone.
Our Chronic Care Management program gives you ongoing support between visits, helping you stay on track with medications, appointments, and lifestyle changes. We’ll check in regularly to help reduce pain, improve sleep, and keep you moving and feeling your best.
When you need answers fast, we offer rapid testing for flu, strep, COVID-19, RSV, and more—all done right here in our clinic.
Most results are ready within minutes, so you can get the right treatment without the wait.
Walk-ins welcome. No appointment needed.

Pre-operative medical clearance is a vital step to help keep you safe before surgery. If you have existing health conditions—like heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes—your surgeon may request an evaluation from a medical provider who knows your history.
At our office, we review your medications, perform necessary exams (like EKGs or lab work), and coordinate with your surgical team to help reduce risks and ensure you’re ready for your procedure.
Focused on your safety. Backed by your care team.
We provide Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals for commercial drivers who need to meet medical certification requirements.
During the exam, we check vision, hearing, blood pressure, and overall health, along with a full review of your medical history. This helps ensure you’re safe to be behind the wheel and meet FMCSA standards.
Fast and convenient, Walk-ins welcome.

Regular well-child visits help track your child’s growth, development, and overall health—even when they’re feeling great.
These visits include a full physical exam, along with hearing, vision, and developmental screenings. They’re also a great time to ask questions, catch concerns early, and support your child’s wellness as they grow.
Healthy kids start with regular checkups.
We perform many minor procedures quickly and safely during your visit—usually with local anesthesia and minimal recovery time.
Common procedures include removal of foreign objects, stitching cuts, incision and drainage of abscesses, and more.
